Role: Team Leader - Serious Injury (RTA)
Location: UK Wide / Fully Remote (Occasional office attendance if required)
Salary: £49,600 - £62,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading national personal injury practice to recruit a Team Leader within their Serious Injury division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced personal injury professional to step into a leadership role within a well‑structured, high‑performing team. What you’ll be doing
* Leading, supervising and developing a team of Serious Injury Fee Earners
* Acting as a technical referral point across a range of RTA claims (typically £25k-£125k)
* Providing end‑to‑end support on litigated and non‑litigated matters
* Conducting file reviews and ensuring strong governance, compliance and case progression
* Coaching and mentoring team members to improve technical ability and performance
* Managing KPIs, productivity and overall team delivery against objectives
* Supporting performance management, including 1‑2‑1s and development plans
* Identifying training needs and working with L&D to upskill the team
* Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, engagement and high performance
* Supporting wider operational strategy and business growth initiatives
What they’re looking for
* Strong background in personal injury, particularly RTA and serious injury matters
* Proven experience handling claims up to £125k in value
* Experience supervising or mentoring fee earners (ideally Grade C level)
* Confident managing performance, productivity and team KPIs
* Strong technical knowledge across liability and quantum
* Experience working with MI/data to drive performance improvements
* Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills
* A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (desirable but not essential)
