Senior Maintenance TechnicianWakefield West Yorkshire 3 week rota: Days - 0545 - 1400 Back - 1345 - 2200 Night - 2145 - 0600 Sunday following Night shift - 0600 - 1330£43,235.87 plus shift allowance per annum We are seeking an experienced and qualified Technician to join our team at the Wakefield Depot. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing our mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Your responsibilities will encompass Planned Preventative Maintenance, swift resolution of system breakdowns, defect repairs, and the overall upkeep and optimization of our depot facilities and automation systems. Role Responsibilities Maintenance of volume picking machinery through scheduled maintenance.Engage and manage external contractors.Immediate response to any breakdowns with the production equipment in accordance with the production hours.Assisting and manage the delivery of Supply Chain technical projects. In this role you will be required to stand and walk for most of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
