Hidden Highland Retreats are hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead Hidden Highland Retreats. The Operations Manager reports to this role. The role is also responsible for brand growth and customer bookings across our small portfolio of luxury self catering cottages on Rothiemurchus Estate, near Aviemore.
We're looking for a results-driven professional with experience in hospitality or travel, strong marketing acumen, and a creative, analytical mindset. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and within a collaborative team.
