Conveyancing Paralegal – Mansfield – £24,000–£27,000

The role
* Assist fee earners in handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
* Manage files for freehold, leasehold, new-build, and remortgage transactions
* Draft correspondence, contracts, and other documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress on files
* Conduct searches, prepare completion statements, and support in the submission of SDLT and registration forms
