What Makes You Our Ideal Hero?
We’re looking for someone with passion, precision, and pride in their craft. Ideally, you’ll bring:
NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
At least 1 year’s experience in a 4/5-star hotel or AA Rosette restaurant
Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
A positive, can-do attitude and a love for great food
