About the Role The Reception Supervisor ensures a seamless and professional guest arrival and departure experience. You will lead the reception team, maintaining exceptional service standards and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the reception team. Manage check- ins, check- outs, and guest enquiries. Monitor service quality, handling complaints with discretion and professionalism. Support administrative tasks and reporting for the front office. Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience. Candidate Profile Previous experience in a hotel reception role, preferably supervisory. Strong organisational and communication skills. Professional, approachable, and guest- focused. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. What’s in it for you….
