You will work with the Marketing Manager, based in Ipswich, to deliver a wide range of marketing activity, with a focus on business development, marketing campaigns and brand. The successful candidate will need to have proven experience of running marketing campaigns with a flair for business development and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders. You will be driven and happy to work in a fast paced environment, working collaboratively with the team to continue to evolve the firm’s marketing activity and brand awareness. Main ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement and develop digital marketing and communications campaigns alongside supporting with eventsWork alongside the Marketing Managers to co-ordinate activity across the team to ensure the successful delivery of campaignsWork closely with Group functions such as HR, Finance and Business Support teams across firm wide projectsWork with the Head of Marketing on the continual evolvement the firm’s brand, including the roll out of a revised brand throughout the firm’s marketing activity and client service delivery. Person SpecificationQualifications & SkillsStrong project management skills are essential for this rolePositive team player with ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externallyProactive about own training and personal developmentA degree level or marketing related qualification is desirableExperienceProven track record in delivering marketing projectsDemonstrable experience of delivering projects to brief and on timeDigital marketing experienceAn understanding of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and social media content. Strong IT skills and experience in creation of documents in Microsoft software, including Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of systems such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey and MailChimp would be advantageous.
