Attain authorisation of bills and necessary approval from customers to move the sales process forward.
Overcome customer objections, transforming challenges into genuine sales opportunities.

Collaborate efficiently with a Senior Closing Specialist to ensure all generated leads are properly handled and progressed.
Respond professionally and promptly to all email and telephone enquiries.
Capitalise on sales opportunities to meet and surpass challenging targets and KPIs.
Manage your client base effectively to foster long-term relationships.
Build and sustain a robust customer pipeline to ensure continuous deal flow.
Attend all necessary training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

💼 Experience & Qualifications
Previous telesales experience (B2B or B2C) is required.
Minimum of 6 months of telesales experience (B2B or B2C).
Ability to work effectively under pressure to consistently achieve set targets and KPIs.
Proficiency with I.T systems relevant to a sales environment.
Demonstrated experience in a target-driven environment.
