Responsibilities:
* You will lead by example and provide friendly, welcoming service to our customers every day.
* You will coach and train your team members, promoting an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* You will ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational at all times.
* You will oversee diligence checks and stock accuracy to deliver excellent shopping experiences for our customers.
* You will support your store manager during their absence and handle various HR tasks.
* You will take charge of introducing new products and services in-store, collaborating with your team to implement change and gather feedback.
* You will build relationships within the community and participate in local initiatives under the guidance of your store manager.
