Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crane Installation Supervisor, based in Nottinghamshire. The Crane Installation Supervisor will be responsible for managing crane installation projects, overseeing teams on-site, ensuring safety standards are met, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role will involve the review of installation plans, management of materials and resources, and the troubleshooting of issues as they arise during the installation process.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to direct on-site teams and coordinate tasks effectively.
* Technical expertise in crane installation, mechanical systems, and operational troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in safety regulations and preventive measures related to industrial environments and crane operations.
* Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources for installation projects.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, on-site environments.
* Effective communication and client liaison skills to ensure clear coordination with all stakeholders.
* Relevant trade or technical certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
* Experience in the material handling or crane industry is a plus.
* Flexibility to work on-site and travel where necessary to manage operations.
