To perform a range of routine technical or practical tasks and have the ability to understand and employ established technical practices and procedures, primarily in Food and
Consumer Testing Suite (FACTS), the Market Intelligence Lab (MIL), and the Consumer Insight Lab (CIL), within the Department of Hospitality, Tourism and Events Management on the Coleraine Campus. The role requires a working knowledge of relevant IT systems, equipment, processes and procedures and may involve responsibility for a specific area of work.
