Develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives that align with the school's vision and the latest advancements in physical education. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and challenged to reach their full potential. Build positive and supportive relationships with students, promoting a growth mindset and a belief in their physical abilities. Play an active role in the department, including contributing to curriculum development, assessment strategies, and departmental meetings.
