Known for its blend of contemporary design and traditional techniques, the brand operates a flagship location in Mayfair and offers both Ready-to-Wear and bespoke services.
They are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant who embodies confidence, polish and a passion for luxury retail. This brand has built its reputation on exceptional service and artisanal standards, creating an environment where clients return for both the product and the relationship. With a focus on personalised consultation and style advisory, they offer a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career within high-end menswear.
The role is worked across five days between Monday and Saturday, with the store closed on Sundays. Saturday trading hours are 11am–6pm, and the position will require availability for two Saturdays each month.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a tailored, high-touch client experience across ready-to-wear and personalised services
* Consistently meet and exceed commercial targets through proactive client engagement
* Develop meaningful relationships with clients and act as a trusted style advisor
* Oversee the made-to-measure journey from initial consultation to post-purchase care
* Stay well-informed on seasonal collections, fabrications and brand standards
Requirements
* Previous experience in luxury menswear, ideally within tailored or made-to-measure environments
* A background of strong individual sales performance and client retention
* Confident communicator with a polished, professional approach to service
* Passionate about long-term career growth within luxury retail
* Skilled at building trust and rapport with high-net-worth clientele
