About the Role: As a Sports Coach, you will support the delivery of high-quality physical education and extracurricular sports activities. You will work closely with teaching staff to promote active lifestyles, positive behaviour, and student engagement, using sport as a tool to build confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging sports and physical activity sessions to individuals and groups. Support PE lessons and extracurricular sports clubs across the school. Encourage teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour through sport. Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of all students. Promote physical well-being and active participation. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student development. Ensure activities are delivered safely and in line with school policies. Qualifications: Previous experience working as a Sports Coach or in a similar role is preferred. Relevant sports coaching qualification or background in sports/physical activity. Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, energetic, and flexible approach to working with young people.
