Social Network Mortgage Broker Opportunity
Award-winning brokerage seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis.
We are the leading UK broker specialising in Self Build and Development funding.
The role is suited to an experienced broker looking for a new challenge, aiming to expand their knowledge, and earn more while working for a market-leading firm with a great team.
The position can be home-based. However, the candidate must commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office-based during our internal training program.

Compensation:
Employed - Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000.
Self-Employed - Average case size across the team in 2024 was £4,097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings are £120,000.
Requirements:
* CAS status
* Full CeMap Qualification
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage broker
* Experience managing a large mortgage pipeline
* Customer-focused approach
* Ability to manage multiple leads daily
* Efficient time/diary management skills
