Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Graphic Design Assistant to join the design team of a growing organisation based in Oldbury.
In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce high-quality creative work across both digital and print media. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, friendly, and design-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting the Graphic Designer with day-to-day creative and production tasks
Designing visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – Premiere Pro is a plus)
Creating digital content such as web banners, social media graphics, and email visuals
Supporting video editing and basic motion graphics work
Producing print materials including flyers, POS displays, and in-store signage
Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs
Handling file management, image formatting, and occasional marketing adminWhat we’re looking for:
A strong creative flair and attention to visual detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition
A genuine interest in interiors, furniture, or fashion
Organised, reliable, and meticulous with your work
A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent position following a successful trial period
