TMW Tomorrow are looking for a senior influencer executive to be seconded to one of their biggest clients. The successful applicant will be adapting and executing the global social media and influencer strategy. They will raise brand awareness by creating an ongoing dialogue with local influencers while leveraging the global social media channels. This person will be pivotal in working with the country team to identify, recruit and manage influencers and/or brand ambassadors as part of the Global Influencer Program. Please note this is a 6 month contract role and we need someone to start as soon as possible. We need this person to be in the clients office twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). Currently the office is in Windsor but they are moving to Moorgate in September. It would be great for the candidate to work from the TMW office (Soho) on a bi-weekly basis too. A bit about the role Influencer Management Proactively drive product seeding for community promotions, events, influencers for brand awareness and/or reviews in the designated local market with alignment with the regional team. Seek, create, develop, and maintain community focused relationships with relevant local brand ambassadors for content websites and platforms such as, but not limited to: Youtube, Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, and other content platforms relevant to local communities. Work with local team to identify and recruit more influencers and/or brand ambassadors for our Global influencer program, expanding a positive, engaged, inclusive, and diverse influencer team across their country. Maintain and support day-to-day needs and requests from our influencer to ensure that they: have regular and open communication with the brand; are informed on product details, specs, or other needs for information; receive initial, replacement, NPI, or community prizing as requested and that these requests are evaluated and fulfilled in a timely manner. Monitor regular content produced by approved influencers, provide feedback on branded content, and provide a monthly recap of current highlights and lowlights to the relevant local team, but also to regional and global teams. Social Media & Event Support Create a social strategy and plan around approved and supported events and tradeshows that we participate indirectly or through partners. Represent the brand as a local key contact at tradeshows and events. Assisting staff with local activations and interacting with the communities in-person where our brand is represented. Oversee a photographer to take Photos/Video to build Social Exposure ensuring we are creating content to promote awareness of our participation. Reporting new trends, assessing, and advising of local influencer activities and opportunities to be involved in the local markets. Requirements Proficiency with Influencer Management and Analytics tools Proven record of building professional relationships with content creators and influencers Experience in Community management of communities bigger than 10K followers Fluent in English, written and spoken, additional languages will be a plus Self-motivated, passionate and high energy level A problem solver able to bring structure and creative solutions to a dynamic work environment while maintaining sense of urgency and quality around deliverables Passion for gaming and good understanding of the local community
