As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will also assist in developing and implementing HR priorities aligned with global HR centers of excellence and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Consulting with leaders in the UK and European regions, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Applying change management strategies to facilitate business transformation.
* Supporting organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HRBPs.
* Partnering across the global HR function to deliver value-added services that meet business objectives.
* Working with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to enhance engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Managing TUPE projects and interfacing with other departments and HR leadership.
* Leading talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Collaborating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Handling complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and developing Performance Improvement Plans.
* Leading HR or business-driven projects related to organizational structure, culture, rewards, or effectiveness.
* Providing coaching and counseling to employees and management on sensitive issues.
Ideal candidate profile:
* Senior-level HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Experience in change management and organizational development.
* Available for a 12-month contract commitment.
