Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: The Meadows, Camberley (Hybrid)

Brand: LRG

Salary: £34,000

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Diary management of directors, including appointments, travel time, effective time management and preparation of meetings and deliverables

* Preparation of meeting agendas, noting of meeting minutes including the circulation of papers and follow up of actions

* Divisional collation and accountability for bonus and payroll submission reports for the wider teams in North and South

* Collation of data and email responses

* Booking hotels and arranging travel

* Email management

* Collation of board report information in line with monthly deadlines

* Assisting with project administration and management of tasks

* Assist with preparation of ad hoc reports as and when required

* Assistance with communications, presentations and other documents as required

* Attending and organising quarterly regional meetings, teambuilding events, team meetings, lunches and dinners

* Ordering equipment and supplies for branches and wider teams in the group

* Attending meetings and taking notes

* Managing teambuilding events budget and annual planning meetings

* Support with Know Your Customer banking requests – collating the relevant information

* Statutory audit admin support, updating regulations, maintenance of the risk register

What are we looking for:

* Experience with inbox and diary management

* Experience with event organisation

* Good written and oral communication skills

* Able to plan and prioritise

* Excellent IT skills specifically Excel

* Attention to detail

* Able to communicate at all levels

* Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude

* Knowledge of property market and associated services

* Experience of admin support
