Overview
Lti Transformations, Scotland’s fastest growing roof and wall refurbishment company, now need an installation coordinator to administer all paperwork as well as speaking to customers over the phone to arrange and schedule works.
This is a very busy department and the ideal applicant will live locally, must have excellent computer skills, a polite and competent telephone manner as well as to be able to work under pressure. Working Mon- Friday in our Bathgate office full time, (no weekends), this is an excellent opportunity to join an already very successful team.
Summary
As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in Customer Service and communication, to liaise with clients and coordinate schedules. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software will enhance your ability to manage data and track project progress. Additionally, your strong computer skills and customer service orientation will be essential in addressing client inquiries and ensuring a seamless installation experience. Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
* Solid computer skills and computer literacy
* Effective time management and customer service abilities
* Fluent in English with strong IT skills
Responsibilities
* Coordinate installation schedules in conjunction with the Installation Managers and communicate with clients to ensure timely service delivery.
* Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
* Prepare and analyse reports using Microsoft Excel to track installation progress.
* Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
* Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise installation processes and improve efficiency.
