* A portfolio showcasing strong user‑centred thinking alongside considered UI execution

* A solid understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design and accessibility principles

* Experience collaborating within cross‑functional, agile teams

* Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset

* Comfort receiving feedback, iterating on designs and continuously developing your craft

It would be great if you had:

* Experience supporting or contributing to UX research activities such as usability testing or interviews

* Experience working with or contributing to a design system

* Awareness of accessibility standards such as WCAG

* Experience designing within complex or regulated environments

* Experience exporting designs to AI tools or rapid prototyping workflows
