We're representing a leading organisation looking for a Senior Manager to drive Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence across their business. What you'll do:
* Lead the development and execution of the organisation's HSQE strategy, aligning with ISO standards and industry best practice.
* Advise senior leadership on HSQE performance, risks, and emerging issues.
* Champion a proactive, forward-thinking approach to risk management and operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and certification requirements.
* Oversee audits, inspections, and supplier/contractor compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
* Lead sustainability initiatives, environmental management, and corporate social responsibility programs.
* Develop and empower teams, embedding HSQE principles into everyday business operations.
What we're looking for:
* NEBOSH, IOSH, and IEMA qualifications; professional membership (CMIOSH, CIQ, IEMA, ASQ) desirable.
* Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience in HSQE, preferably in complex or multi-site operations.
* Proven experience implementing ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO and leading audits/certifications.
* Strong knowledge of HSQE regulations, standards, and frameworks.
* Track record of driving cultural change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
