Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Clarify B2B - Reading, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Hybrid working - 3x week in our office in Reading (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Role Responsibilities:
* Perform outbound prospecting through cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn/social media activity to generate and develop new opportunities for clients
* Work closely with Account Managers to develop account strategies and campaign plans
* Build a deep understanding of each client’s target market, customer profile, and value proposition
* Deliver against client sales and business transformation objectives
* Identify and engage senior decision-makers within target organisations
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM systems
* Contribute ideas and insight to improve campaign performance and client outcomes
Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercially aware with an interest in business and technology
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good understanding of the sales process
* Ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels of an organisation
* Confident using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach as prospecting tools
