The Role – Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
As a Complex Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, supporting a highly personalised curriculum tailored to each child’s needs.
You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a safe and structured environment where pupils can thrive and make progress at their own pace.
