Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for supporting and developing a collaborative and high-quality service for children and young people (CYP) with medical complexity within the acute children's service. There are also opportunities to join and contribute to RDMCC's internal communication platform (Workplace from Meta) with encouragement from the NHS.
