What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Lead the design and development of analogue electronics, SMPS, and embedded systems.
2. Mentor and support a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation.
3. Oversee system integration, including power control, HMI, and lighting solutions.
4. Tackle complex technical challenges including EMC, thermal management, and compliance.
5. Approve designs, documentation, and testing procedures for high-performance products.
6. Drive continuous improvement and stay up to date with industry advancements.
Experience required:
* Degree in Electronics Engineering (Master’s/PhD desirable).
* Significant proven experience of electronics design experience, including SMPS and power systems.
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Proficiency in SPICE, Matlab, Altium or similar design tools.
* Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and product development best practices.
Desirable:
* Experience with embedded systems, lighting control protocols (DALI, DMX), or IoT.
* Familiarity with energy harvesting, wireless power, or automated testing.
