RM is the large client division of Marsh, and we specialise in servicing large, multinational clients. Marsh is the world's largest broker, employing over 70,000 people worldwide. We will count on you to: Partner with and learn from experienced colleagues who possess extensive knowledge of the insurance industry to service our clients and deliver the very best of Marsh at all times. Learn about the insurance industry and all that it can offer. Be able to work on your own and as part of a team to deliver quality work under time pressures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their day-to-day service needs. What you need to have: 5 GCSEs at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths) Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided) Ideally, previous work experience working with customers, for example from working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail or hospitality.
