You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team, working alongside the department manager. This role involves mentoring, knowledge sharing, and a clear pathway to management through succession planning.
Candidates MUST have or be eligible to gain SC clearance upon hire.
Key Skills Required:
* Managerial skills and experience
* Preferably RMA background, including testing, fixes, repairs, and RMA processes
Responsibilities:
* Perform proactive Cisco & Meraki testing, fixing, and repairs, including testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, and managing stock
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, and support
* Utilize technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
* Manage stock allocation and dispatch
* Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
* Engage in projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
* Lead, optimize, and manage the team effectively
* Document processes and generate reports for insights and improvements
* Maintain overall high quality standards
