What You'll Do:
As a Payroll Assistant, you'll support our payroll processing team with tasks including:
Preparing and processing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly U.S. payrolls
Ensuring compliance
Managing employee data and timesheets
Assisting with payroll tax filings and year-end reporting
Responding to client and employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborating with accountants and HR to resolve discrepancies
