The roles and responsibilities of the Store Manager include: Managing a large and fast paced retail store Overseeing the manager of the connected petrol station. Ensuring progression of new store investments and departments Deconstructing the current store culture and p romoting a positive and updated culture within the store Maintaining the excellent levels of customer service established by the company? Full responsibility for the P&L of the store Communicating financial performances Planning and organising events Shift management Stock control The Person? To be considered for the Store Manager position you will need to possess the following skills and attributes: P revious managerial experience (essential) People management and leadership skills (essential) Experience with managing multiple departments and sites (essential) Ability to break down and modernise a failing store culture (essential) Understand profitability and returns on investment P assionate about maximising retail sales The ability to work with and motivate a team Energetic and enthusiastic?
