This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a renowned university’s digital future. Leading a small digital skills team, supporting the transition towards more digitally focused ways of working. This includes enhancing the student experience and ensuring that change is delivered effectively through robust digital practices.
A strong understanding of the university’s digital strategy is essential, along with the ability to identify how the digital skills team can enable successful implementation of new platforms and ways of working. The successful application will bring experience in agile delivery, ideally with exposure to implementing new data platforms and business reporting solutions.
The role involves establishing and embedding new approaches to change management and digital adoption, ensuring these are consistently applied through engagement with stakeholders across the university. Working closely with the central transformation office to support the university’s wider transformation ambitions, making prior experience in a transformation environment beneficial. Building strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders, including digital champions, to understand their needs and drive the adoption of new products, services, and ways of working.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong change management skills within the digital space alongside a supportive and coach orientated approach to a small team.
