Production Operatives (CNC Finishing – Night Shift) - Kilrea - Full Time
A reputable and well-established manufacturing organisation based in the Kilrea area is seeking Production Operatives to join their CNC department on a night shift basis.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build experience within a precision engineering environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role: £14.93 per hourMonday to Wednesday: 20:30 pm – 07:30 am / Thursday: 19:30 pm – 06:30 am4-night working week / 3 day weekend Immediate start Potential to become permanent Duties: Remove completed components from CNC machines following the cutting processEnsure all parts are accurately separated and meet required quality standardsCarry out basic finishing and post-production tasks as requiredPrepare materials and components for subsequent stages of productionProvide support to machine operators and the wider production teamMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentCriteria: Previous experience within a production or manufacturing setting is desirable, but not essentialStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work night shifts on a consistent basisPhysically capable and comfortable working in a hands-on rolePositive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and developIf this sounds like the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
