🔍 Temporary Visual Inspection Operatives – Swindon (Day or Night Shifts)
We’re hiring temporary operatives to support pharmaceutical packaging inspections at a Swindon-based facility. This is a short-term 1 week opportunity potential to increase) ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can start immediately.

* Night Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off
* Day Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off

* Swindon – Fully onsite
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Under supervision, you’ll be responsible for:
* Performing visual inspections for defects
* Removing defects units per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Maintaining a clean and organized inspection area
* Verifying batch details including lot numbers, expiry dates, and packaging integrity
* Escalating any deviations to the wider team
* Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and site safety protocols, including wearing appropriate GMP gowns
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a regulated environment. If you’re reliable, have a keen eye for detail, and can commit to the full 2-week assignment, we’d love to hear from you.
