The Role
We're looking for a Head of Property Management & Operations to lead our group operations and property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Board, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage residential and commercial assets, and drive efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape processes, develop teams, and ensure we deliver excellence across everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee management of residential & commercial properties
* Maintain tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
* Manage budgets, rent collections & financial reporting
* Coordinate property maintenance & inspections
* Streamline operations and improve processes across departments
* Support strategic planning & business growth initiatives
* Recruit, mentor, and lead operational teams
* Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management standards
About You
* 3+ years in property management (Greater London experience preferred)
* Strong knowledge of property regulations & best practices
* Excellent leadership, organisational & communication skills
* Proactive, motivated, and able to build strong relationships
* Confident using property management software & MS Office
