About the Role
Middlemore has been retained by a boutique, purpose-led Investment Management firm seeking a Senior People Manager for a 12-month FTC. Supporting the CPO, this role will manage the people agenda, working closely with senior investment professionals on daily queries and leading significant projects, including the rollout of a new incentive scheme.
This is a hands-on generalist role focused on managing the full HR lifecycle, strategic people planning, and creating an engaging, developmental environment. Responsibilities include shaping and implementing people strategies, overseeing daily HR activities, and fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor on Employee Relations and Performance issues, providing professional HR insights and sound judgment.
Ideal Candidate
This role is suitable for a senior HR professional who prefers working in an SME environment where they can make a significant impact. The CPO is a humble, energetic leader with a good sense of humor, with experience in both global corporates and admired SMEs, offering strong learning opportunities.
Sector Experience
Candidates with experience in financial services, particularly with exposure to private equity or investment management, are preferred.
