What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Generating new landlord leads and winning instructions Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships Advising landlords on pricing, legislation and market conditions Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in Liaising with referencing providers and coordinating documentation Working to and exceeding lettings targets Keeping CRM systems fully updated What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous residential lettings experience essential Strong negotiation and closing skills Confident, articulate and professional communication style Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability Target-focused with a proactive approach Well-presented and highly motivated Good local knowledge of Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas preferred Full UK Driving Licence essential Professional and ethical approach to Estate Agency What's In It For You?
