Contract: Full time, permanent
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: Teachers Main to Upper Pay Scale (Surrey) – £34,398 to £52,490 + TLR

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students
* Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group
* Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour
Requirements
* Awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of pupils
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
* A record of continuing professional development
