Information Systems Manager (IS) – Safran Nacelles
What will I be doing
* Ensure maintenance of local IS operations, excluding safety equipment, and keep all systems and services functional.
* Ensure compliance with Safran and Safran Nacelles group rules, processes, and contracts; monitor remedial action plans.
* Upgrade hardware and software, secure local data, and follow patching and remediation plans.
* Implement backup procedures per Safran group directives; follow the backup plan.
* Apply obsolescence and risk management strategies, improving or simplifying IS solutions.
* Assist IT teams in incident characterization and local test organization.
* Support IS crisis situations, participate in crisis, and communicate with users until service resumption.
* Develop, implement, and monitor the IS budget in collaboration with the SNA ISD.
* Provide weekly dashboards on service efficiency and quality, and take corrective actions when needed.
* Serve as the site focal point for deploying new IS solutions, especially in industrial computing.
Manage the team
* Plan and coordinate team workloads to meet operational IS needs; create a Team Load Plan.

What do you need from me?
* Previous experience in an industrial site IS function and knowledge of industrial production processes (Kanban, Andon, project management tools)
* Experience with complex supply and manufacturing flows and IS systems
* Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate difficult situations and find collaborative solutions
* Experience working with colleagues at national and international levels
* Proven experience providing IS technologies and services on industrial sites
* Data‑driven decision making
* Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience in a manufacturing IS environment
* Operational management of an IS team experience
* Experience with quality standards and regulatory requirements
* Ability to present with impact and sell benefits of change
* In‑depth understanding, practice, and qualification of recognized project management techniques and methodologies
* Good oral and written communication skills in English
