This is a full-time, ongoing position starting in October 2025, offering a daily rate of £90 to £130, depending on experience. About the Role: As the Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s front office. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors, and will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including: Managing SIMS and maintaining accurate pupil records Supporting with admissions, attendance, and school communications Overseeing general office operations and supervising admin support staff Liaising with SLT, external agencies, and suppliers Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role Strong knowledge of SIMS and school administrative processes Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills A calm and professional approach with the ability to multitask A current DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one) About the School: The school is a GOOD-rated setting known for its supportive staff, inclusive ethos, and strong leadership.
