As the school prepares for the next academic year, they are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join their team on a long-term basis from September 2025. Role Overview: • Position: SEND Teaching Assistant • Start Date: September 2025 • Location: Walsall • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm • Pay: Starting from £89 per day (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities: • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups • Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to ensure tailored support • Helping prepare students for their next steps beyond age 18 Candidate Requirements: • SEND experience is essential, though direct school experience is not required • A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) • Ability to provide two professional references • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development If you're passionate about making a real difference and believe this role is right for you, please apply with your CV.
