As a Chef de Partie, you will support the culinary team in delivering high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals that contribute to the overall wellbeing of the residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Chef de Partie, your focus will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a comprehensive and high-quality catering service. You will be responsible for preparing nutritional food and beverages, supporting cost-effective stock control, and collaborating with the leadership team to develop and review the menu.

Job responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the culinary team.
* Preparing nutritional meals and beverages to a high standard.
* Supporting stock control to minimize waste.
* Collaborating on menu development and review.
* Participating in meetings with residents and departments to address dietary needs.
About you
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a catering qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ or equivalent.
* Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Have at least 1 year of catering experience.
* Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality service.
* Be flexible and adaptable to responsibilities at short notice.

* DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
