Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks. In this role, youll manage our vehicles and equipment, making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. Youll work closely with teams across the business to keep our fleet running smoothly. That means handling bookings, arranging maintenance, and keeping records up to date. Youll need to be good at problem-solving and able to think on your feet. When issues come up, youll take action to fix them quickly. Youll also help make sure we meet safety and compliance standards. Were looking for someone who is organised, confident, and enjoys working with people. Experience in a similar role would be great, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. What youll bring? We need you to have general knowledge of Health & Safety, excellent communication skills, and be computer literate with a focus on MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. You should be organized, structured, and always planned, demonstrating drive and ambition to deliver world-class customer service.
