Reporting to the Groups Finance Director, the Finance Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function and lead an experienced team of finance professionals. The role will cover statutory compliance, internal controls, financial reporting, and month-end processes, while also contributing to commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the chance to make a tangible impact in a customer-focused and innovative business. What We Are Looking For A highly effective finance lead with proven experience of delivering results and with proven experience of team leadership or supervisory responsibility Experience in managing and developing high-performing, results-oriented finance teams.
