Overview
We are looking for somebody that can start as soon as possible after all checks have been carried out. You will need to be an enthusiastic and committed person, with a calm and caring manner who enjoys working with children. We value every child at our school and our aim is to ensure a happy and calming start and end to the school day.
Responsibilities
Your role will be to work as a team of two, to run our wraparound provision. Duties will involve preparing and serving refreshments, supervising the children whilst promoting positive play, through planned and ad-hoc activities. You will be required to ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, and promote positive behaviour and independence.

* Has experience working with children
* Has a kind and consistent approach when supporting children to do their best
* Uses positive behaviour strategies and will follow our behaviour policy
* Hardworking and able to work with initiative

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced DBS check with barred list. If you have information to declare it may be protected under the Exceptions Orders and you may not be required to declare it. You will be asked to make a criminal conviction declaration if you are shortlisted for the post.
