Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £13.30 per hour
Responsibilities
As Head of Housekeeping at our care home, you’ll lead a team to ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. You’ll combine attention to detail with the ability to motivate and inspire your team, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment that supports quality care for our residents.
Qualifications
* Experience in housekeeping within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment
* Supervisory or team-leading background with the ability to motivate and inspire others
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A caring nature with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families
