Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team as soon as possible. This role within our corporate credit control team will manage a portfolio of large industrial/commercial or public sector customers. You will manage the full credit control process post billing, work with colleagues across the business to resolve any queries as required.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of customers in the corporate credit control team.
* Oversee the full credit control process post billing and resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure timely and effective collections.
Qualifications
* Previous credit control experience (at least one year), not necessarily in the utilities industry.
* Experience in the B2B space or with the public sector is particularly welcome.
You will also need to be
* A strong written and oral communicator who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised and able to manage your own workload, with reporting of progress as required.
* Experienced with Microsoft Excel and proficient with general IT applications (specific training will be provided for our systems).

Working Pattern
You will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tue–Thu in the office and Mon and Fri at home. Our standard office hours are 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday.
