Property/Building Surveyor
We are looking to recruit a Property/Building Surveyor to join our Asset Management team at Housing 21.

Work Hours & Type
* Full time – 35 hours per week / 70 hours over two weeks (nine‑day fortnight)
* Full‑time employment
Responsibilities
Provide professional surveying and technical support, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of the Asset Management strategy. Deliver Housing 21’s technical service which includes effective capital investment, cyclical statutory maintenance services to time and budget, in line with legislation and strategic objectives. This mobile role requires frequent travel across the area covered to fulfil role requirements.
Qualifications
* HND or degree in a construction‑related subject
* Professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB
* Experience in a surveying role for a Housing Association or similar
* Experience in contract administration, site management and cost management
* Experience undertaking energy assessments
* Experience undertaking fire risk assessments
