We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of an exclusive private members club in Central London. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a premium food offering within a refined, high-profile environment.
The Role
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the full kitchen operation, delivering exceptional standards across:
* A la carte dining (modern British / European)
* Private dining & member events
* Seasonal menu development
* High-end banqueting and bespoke experiences
You will lead, inspire and develop a large brigade, ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in:
* Private members club, luxury hotel, or fine dining restaurant
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* Commercially aware with experience managing GP, labour, and costs
* Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cuisine
* Experience with high-volume, premium service environments
