Overview
First Military Recruitment is partnering with a reputable company to recruit a Senior Pensions Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves managing a large portfolio of internal pensions and benefits, with the potential for permanent employment at the end of the contract.
As a Senior Pension Administrator, you will oversee employee pension and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with guidelines and laws, and communicating effectively with employees about their pensions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with Regional Reward teams and external vendors for efficient administration.
2. Ensuring timely statutory reporting with the US team.
3. Managing invoice payments and plan renewals.
4. Developing employee communication materials and supporting engagement.
5. Providing guidance on eligibility, benefits, and plan details.
6. Responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries.
7. Supporting regional reward leads and monitoring project budgets.
8. Working with the Reward Operations team to improve processes.
9. Covering for the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong understanding of pension and benefit principles.
* Experience in high-volume, complex business environments.
* Excellent multitasking and stakeholder relationship skills.
* Ability to perform administrative tasks including payroll support.
Job Details:
* Location: Hybrid (South UK preferred)
* Salary: £58,500 – £66,300
* Hours: Monday to Thursday, 37.5 hours with flexi-time
* Benefits: Pension scheme, other company benefits
