We're recruiting for a Chef to join a busy residential activity centre in the Swindon area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chef looking for a stable, full-time role within a unique, fast-paced environment, catering for children and young people attending residential stays.
You'll be part of a well-established kitchen team, preparing and serving high-volume, nutritious meals while maintaining consistently high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety.

5 days out of 7 rota with a mix of early and late shifts

Key responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver nutritious meals for large residential groups
Cater for dietary, allergen and medical requirements
Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
Work efficiently in a high-volume catering environment
Contribute to continuous improvement within the kitchen team
Support wider site operations where required within a residential setting
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen environment
Strong understanding of food hygiene and allergen control
Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure
Flexible, team-focused approach to shift-based work
Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable but not essential)
